Chateau Montfin L’Etang Danse Rose 2023Cherry, liquorice root, an earthy orange peel thing. Its fleshy, good flavour, a gentle quinine tang through red cherry and peach, and that liquorice thing is there too, and I really like that flavour in a wine, a little bit creamy, light chalky grip, with a finish of good length featuring orange and Angostura bitters.
