Now with their own project in Provence, they are farming biodynamically and making the wines she loves. This 100% Vermentino brings pear, ripe peach, honeycomb and even a touch of those classic Provence herbs. A lightly oily texture makes it pretty fun with Gruyere or Comte as a pairing. Fresh, dry and electric.
