A bold autograph, dated Montevideo, 1935, beautifully matted and framed with a fine original photograph of Busch composing at the piano. Overall, 35 X 41 cms. Busch left Germany in 1933 in protest of the Nazis and refusing to take his friend Toscanini's place at Bayreuth. Beginning in Buenos Aires, he was a frequent conductor in Latin America.
