CE PreampCE Preamp The CE Preamp is based on the preamp from the BOSS CE 1. The BOSS CE 1 uses 13V for the preamp section, and the CE Preamp is similarly driven by a 9V power supply internally converted to 13V. Because it uses the same circuit as CE 1, the CE Preamp also has low impedance. You will hear a muffled sound when you use those pedals.
