Leo Erazo's approach to winemaking is simple, using only native yeast and cement tanks for fermentation and aging. Authentic wine, full of life, vibrancy, tension, and freshness. This wine is a field blend of roughly 60% Moscatel and 40% Semillon, harvested from a plot planted in the 1940's.
