Pinhook Bourbon Country Cask StrengthPinhook releases two expressions per year, a bourbon and a rye. The expressions are always unique and each release is named in honor of a young thoroughbred horse who shows promise on the race track. This years bourbon is a high rye bourbon, with 75% corn, 20. 5% rye, and 4. 5% malted barley in the mash bill. It is the first Pinhook expression to be released at cask strength. We found orange zest and coconut cream on the nose, and cinnamon dusted
